We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please note that all returns must be shipped to our primary global fulfillment warehouse located in the PRC (Shenzhen).
If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. In accordance with our store policies, customers are fully responsible for arranging, booking, and paying for their own return shipping services and any associated customs clearance fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Restocking fee
We reserve the right to apply a 1% restocking fee to any returned items. If applied, this fee will be deducted from your total refund to cover the costs of processing, inspecting, and restoring the item to our inventory.
This fee is typically applied to "change of mind" returns or orders placed in error. By completing your purchase, you agree that we may exercise this right at our discretion based on the condition of the returned product and its packaging. This fee does not apply to orders protected by the EU 14-day cooling-off period, provided the items are returned in perfect condition.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. This includes, but not limited to: underwear, lingerie, and personal care products (such as perfumes) if the original packaging or hygiene seal has been opened or tampered with. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items that have been activated.
Some collections are presented as "Final Sale" policy and cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make separate purchase of a new item and then return the item you have.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
